Gin is flavoured with juniper and a number of other ‘botanicals’, the proportions of which give each gin its individual characteristics. Our own Pulling’s Hereford Gin, still at full 40%, strength has a great following among customers. It is found by many gin lovers and the odd blind tasting panel to be better than the well known brands!
