Delivery in Mainland UK
Delivery is FREE on orders of £90
or more to a single address in mainland UK.Please add £7.95 post & packing for orders under £90. Dozens, half dozens and 1,2 & 3 packs minimize packaging waste. Unless advised otherwise, you will normally receive your delivery within two working days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Please contact us should this not be the case. You should allow longer for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. We operate a signature service on all deliveries. Goods can be left unsigned for, but you must specify this on your order with instructions where to leave the goods should you be out. ![]() Next Day Delivery by 12 noon is charged at a flat rate of £12. Saturday delivery by 12 noon is charged at a flat rate of £20. Orders for Next Day delivery must be received by 2pm, please state in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box on the ‘Delivery Options’ Page of the checkout that you require Next Day or Saturday Delivery and ensure you have provided us with a contact number. Additional payment will be taken by telephone as these supplemental charges are not shown during checkout. Delivery to other areas - additional charges
Despatches to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, the EU and elsewhere are by individual arrangement. Due to the customs paperwork involved we do not normally consider despatches of less than 10 cases. Please email us your enquiry regarding delivery abroad. Please note when
sending gifts that addresses must be accurate, particularly for
recipients at large organisations. Don’t forget to include a
daytime phone number and special delivery instructions on where to
leave if the recipient is out, if you don’t the driver will
leave a card to which the recipient will have to respond.
Should you require a large number of Corporate Gifts delivered to multiple addresses, you may find it easier to complete our Corporate Gift Order Form once you have made your selection from our brochure. Delivery & Collection of Party Orders
All wines are
available on Sale or Return for delivery and collection within the
Tanners Own Van Delivery Area. Beers, soft drinks and spirits are
available on Sale or Return for delivery and collection within this
same area, but only in addition to wine orders. Any returns from
outside this area are at the customer’s expense. Please refer
to Sale or Return section under
Services for further details. Glasses are available for
delivery within Tanners Own Van Delivery Area, but only for events
where the entire drink order comes from Tanners. Any returns from
outside this area are at the customer’s expense.
