Bordeaux 2007 was saved by an Indian summer, with fine sunny weather in September and October. Good wines have been made by good producers, the Médoc and Cabernet rich wines seem to have faired particularly well. Sauternes are excellent with quality almost on par with the great Sauternes vintages of 1997 and 2001. The dry white wines from 2007 are wonderful value and deserve a space in your cellar.
