A step by step guide to using our Gift Order
Form...
We have devised a simple order form for those
wishing to send multiple gifts. You are more than welcome to send
us your own spreadsheet if this is easier for you, in which case -
please use our form simply as a guide to what information we will
require from you.
This order form is for use when sending 4 or
more gifts to different addresses. For ordering less than 4 gifts,
please order online in the usual manner.
1. Firstly please download the
order form by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Then
save the form to your desktop by right clicking and
selecting ‘Save As’ or clicking 'File'
then 'Save As'. You should then close the browser version of
the spreadsheet if one opened.
2. Open the saved order form in excel
and type the relevant details in the ‘Billing Address’
boxes. Each grey cell will accept free type. Please do not worry if
your text appears to overlap into the next box, we will still be
able to see all the information. Please enter your name in the
‘contact name for order queries’ box.
3. Enter your telephone and e-mail address so we can contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment. De-select e-mail updates if you do not wish to receive our regular offers. 4. Please enter your order details
following the format of our red sample line, using one row per
recipient. If you have more than one gift going to a single
recipient, enter additional gift details in the row below and copy
all the recipient details into the new row/s. Alternatively, if you
have more than one recipient per address, enter each on a separate
row so that we can deliver individual gift messages. If you intend
several people to share a gift, please list all their names on a
single row.
i) Recipient Name: enter the name
of the person to whom you are sending the gift. Please include
their title.
ii) Gift Message: this will be included with your gift. Feel free to type as much as you would like. Again, do not worry if the text seems hidden, we will see all the information we need our end. iii) Gift From: this will be used at the end of your gift message. Please use a name that the recipient will recognise. iv) Recipient Tel: enter in the recipient's number in case there are any delivery queries. v) Delivery Address: enter in the address details of the recipient including company name and postcode. vi) Delivery Instructions: use this cell to type in any additional delivery information that we will need to pass onto our courier eg where to leave the goods if the recipient is out or deliver to reception on first floor. Please note: All Christmas Gifts will be prepared ready for despatch week commencing 12th December 2011. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please make this clear in the 'Delivery Instructions' column and we will discuss this with you and fulfil your requirements where possible. vii) Bin No.: This can be found in our printed Christmas Brochure or on the product page online eg ZS578 viii) Product Name: eg Christmas Rescue Dozen or Tanners Claret. ix) Quantity: enter the quantity of each product you require on each row. x) Price (GBP): Please enter price per gift. You do not need to input the £ sign. Please Note: On receipt of your order form, as per our standard delivery terms, if an order is under £90 for delivery to a single address, we will add a delivery charge of £7.95. The total cost of your order including the relevant delivery charges will be confirmed by telephone with you, prior to payment. xi) Totals: At the bottom of the 'Quantity' and 'Price' columns, there are running totals (excluding the delivery charges). Just change the quantity to 0 in the sample line to make these accurate for your order. 6. Upon completion of your Gift Order
Form, save your spreadsheet by clicking on
‘File’ then ‘Save As’. Return
it to us via e-mail to sales@tanners-wines.co.uk.
To do this create a new e-mail and add your Gift Order Form
Spreadsheet (eg XmasGifts2011.xls) as an attachment (usually by
‘Insert’ then ‘Add Attachment’ or by
clicking on the paperclip icon).
7. Upon receipt we will call you to confirm your order. A member of our team will be on hand for any queries that you may have. Once all has been confirmed, we will then arrange payment by telephone. |
