Mellow red and black fruits are evident, followed by an appealing nose of toasted oak. On the palate there are warm, jammy fruit flavours with a rounded finish. It is from an estate near to Fronsac on the Right Bank.

This small, attractive and elegant château dates from the 17th century. Owned by the Mabille family the estate has been modernised and improved with new machinery and the wine is consistently reliable. The 25 hectares are mainly a mixture of chalk and clay soils.
