Perhaps the best red wines of the Côtes de Beaune come from the east-facing slopes of the hill of Corton. Lovely, red, silky fruit in this wine is backed up by spicy oak, giving structure and completeness.

![]() ![]() ![]() Producer Profile...
The Tollot cousins, Natalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier run this Chorey-lès-Beaune-based house. They only produce 'domaine' wines drawing from 24 hectares of vines found in the communes of Chorey, Beaune Savigny and Aloxe. Natalie Tollot is the most vocal of this generation and is excellent at communicating the dedication applied in recent years to better vineyard practices, reduced yields and ever improving winemaking.
