The Naudet domaine had passed from father to son since the18th century until, in 1950, a Moreau married a Miss Naudet. Stéphane joined his father, Roger, in 1991 after studying viticulture at Beaune, since which time he has been experimenting with oak maturation and fermentation. He is young and enthusiastic, and very talented. A domaine to watch.
