Antoine and Bénédicte Vincent now work alongside their father, Jean-Jacques, at Château Fuissé which has belonged to their family since 1852. The estate was originally created in 1604 and now extends to 30 hectares mostly in Pouilly-Fuissé but with some in Saint-Véran and Mâcon too. There are even some vines in Beaujolais. Winemaking here is meticulous and the correct use of the correct type and amount of oak is fastidious.
