Michel Prunier is the 4th generation of his family to make wine and he started in 1968 with just 2 hectares. He has added 'fille' to the legal name of the business as his daughter Estelle is fully occupied in the business.The domaine is now made up of some 12 hectares of both red and white grapes with appellations including Auxey-Duresses, Beaune, Meursault and Volnay. His methods are, as far as possible, organic.
