The Freixenet winery was first established in 1887 by Pedro Ferrer and his wife, Dolores Salsa. They set out to produce fine Cava and have succeeded in doing so since that time. The cellars are in the heart of the Penedès region at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Consistently high in quality.
