Ernst Loosen has been a standard bearer for German wines for many years and laid down the route to success for other growers to follow. Superb wine with fruit, spice and balance, usually the result of good autumn weather.

Using un-grafted vines of 50 - 100 years in age, Dr Ernst Loosen uses minimal handling and an unusually long period of fermentation, against which all others in the Mosel are compared. His wines express very purely the sites from which they come, as well as the character of the man himself. Stunning Rieslings.
