Using un-grafted vines of 50 - 100 years in age, Dr Ernst Loosen uses minimal handling and an unusually long period of fermentation, against which all others in the Mosel are compared. His wines express very purely the sites from which they come, as well as the character of the man himself. Stunning Rieslings.
