In effect this is a sweetened Fino, with sweet wine added while preserving the delicacy and freshness of the original wine. Richard Tanner did the original blend with Javier Hidalgo with the aim to be better than Croft Original!

Founded in 1792, Vinícola Hidalgo produces one of Spain's favourite Manzanillas in bodegas one block back from the Sanlucar's beach. Javier Hidalgo is particularly proud of his old 'viejo' and single vineyard Pastrana sherries.
