This domaine was bought in 2005 by Marc Vincent. Previous owners M. and Mme Levi decided in 1991, a year in which year there were exceptionally hard frosts, to sell only premium quality wines, and they furnished their winery with the very best equipment. Paleine's finely vinified Saumurs are marked with a freshness that comes from low yields, ripe grapes and the experience of mâitre de chai Patrick Nivellau.
