Hubert de Montille did not need a starring role in Mondovino to raise his profile. A master craftsman, his benchmark Volnays are in huge demand. His 7.5 hectares are increasingly under the control of his three children, Alix, Isabelle and Etienne, and the vineyards are cultivated organicly resulting in balanced tannins and fine fruit.
