This wine is an unusual blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mourvèdre, and regularly wins awards for just being very good. Southern Rhône in character, the ripe fruit mingles well with a touch of tannin and a savoury finish.

Domaine La Condamine L'Evêque is located at Nézignan L'Evêque, a village set above the River Hérault between Sète and Béziers. It was set up by owners Guy and Marie-Claude Bascou in 1978. They are assisted by their son, Guillaume.
