A very aromatic wine which shows the strong botrytis charcter, so typical of Climens. Juicy, peachy fruit flavours dominate with a delicious and elegant honeyed character to finish.

Château Climens was purchased by the omnipresent Lurton family in 1971. The entire 29 hectares are planted with Sémillon. The vines regularly develop botrytis ahead of the neighbouring vineyards and Climens is amongst the first to start harvesting. The wines spend 18-24 months in new oak.
