The Tollot family makes this wine in an easy and fruity style, preserving the juiciness for which Chorey-lès-Beaune is known. A good value and long-time favourite red burgundy.

The Tollot cousins, Natalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier run this Chorey-lès-Beaune-based house. They only produce 'domaine' wines drawing from 24 hectares of vines found in the communes of Chorey, Beaune Savigny and Aloxe. Natalie Tollot is the most vocal of this generation and is excellent at communicating the dedication applied in recent years to better vineyard practices, reduced yields and ever improving winemaking.
