There is a good ripeness of fruit here, derived from grapes grown on low-yielding, 50 to 60 year-old vines. Rémi and Simon Rollin successfully preserve this richness to produce a wine with finesse, good structure and super length.

The Rollin family have been involved in the wine trade for generations. Rémi and son, Simon, vinify very traditionally, hand picking and taking great pride in all that they produce. The vineyards total 12 hectares with parcels in Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny, Corton-Charlemagne and Aloxe-Corton. They have plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté, and produce clean, stylish wines.
