The grapes for this wine come from one the finest vineyards in Coteaux du Layon. The nose is intense with aromas of Seville Marmalade and ginger. On the palate it is unctuous but, with freshness and balance, never cloying.

![]() ![]() ![]() Producer Profile...
Third generation wine-maker Claude Branchereau and his son Stéphane use the steeply rocky slopes of Saint-Aubin and Chaume to produce deep, concentrated, intensely elegant wines that express to perfection the quality derived from the schistous and carboniferous soils that mark the finest parcelles of this region. He took over the 35 hectare estate and devotes 25 of these to the production of moelleux wines.
