The upper slopes of the Côte de Beaune, called the 'Hautes Côtes' can be a superb source of whites especially from a good grower like Remi Rollin. More Chablis in style, aromas are honeyed and citrussy with elegant fruit in the mouth.

The Rollin family have been involved in the wine trade for generations. Rémi and son, Simon, vinify very traditionally, hand picking and taking great pride in all that they produce. The vineyards total 12 hectares with parcels in Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny, Corton-Charlemagne and Aloxe-Corton. They have plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté, and produce clean, stylish wines.
