Jane and Andrew Mitchell established the winery in 1975 on the Mitchell family property in the western hills of South Australia's Clare Valley. An old sandstone apple store was initially converted, but growth of the winery has continued, demanding new buildings and a winemaking plant. Well-made wines of quality.
