  Certified by Demeter this is Bruichladdie's nod to it's Victorian past. Made from organic Scottish barley given an extra slow trickle-distillation, this malt is extraordinarily soft and creamy but is intense and pure with a long finish.

This distillery was re-opened in 2001 amidst much local celebration. It has a reputation for producing the least peaty malt of Islay and this is likely to continue. A range of more peaty whiskies will become available over time.
