Made by steeping sloes from wild blackthorn bushes in gin. Sweet and appealing, this is an excellent warmer on a cold winter's day and it is quite delicious after dinner. In addition it can be made long and cool for the summer.

In 1769 Alexander Gordon set up his distillery in Southwater with the intention of producing a top quality gin, and the famous London Dry style was born. The distillery is now located out of London at Laindon in Essex.
