Produced by a unique distillation process in which distillate vapours pass through copper baskets containing the botanicals. This imparts the wonderful complexity of flavours to this elegant gin. First launched in the early 1990s following a recipe that dates from 1761 and uses ten botanicals, unlike the usual six or so.
