In the Press: The Independent - June 2011
Clean, delicate rosé from Lebanon made with a blend of Syrah and Cinsault. Fermentation in stainless steel vats preserves the light, fresh fruit that is perfect for early drinking.
Press Comments
"Has a beautiful strawberry hue with aromatic notes reminiscent of raspberries, stone fruit and subtle spices. Elegant and round on the palate, its graceful acidity gives a bright, crisp finish."
