Gin is a very individual spirit. It is flavoured with juniper and a number of other ‘botanicals’, the proportions of which give each gin its individual characteristics and following.

Our own Pulling’s Hereford Gin has a very pure style featuring juniper and citrussy notes whereas some gins are more spicy with cinnamon and liquorice flavours. We have kept it at the full 40% strength, whereas some of the brand leaders moved to lower strengths without altering their prices! The Hereford Gin has a great following among Tanners customers.
