This beautiful location in the Helderberg Basin near Sir Lowry’s Pass benefits from South facing slopes and cool coastal breezes. The Schaapenberg Terroir with its sea facing slopes has started to draw comparison with some of Bordeaux’s best with some exceptional wines emerging from the area. 2010 saw the completion of a brand new state of the art boutique winery set in the heart of the vineyards. Future plans include bottling facilities together with a new warehouse, barrel store and venue for private tastings.

All cases/gifts selected from the Christmas Gifts range and any other orders for delivery to a third party accompanied by a Christmas Gift message will be delivered by default from 12th December, unless you instruct us otherwise in the delivery instruction box at checkout.
A label will be put on the top of the outer carton reading 'I am a Christmas Gift' to suggest to the recipient that they may wish to wait before opening it. Sending the gifts at this stage in December allows us time to try and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
Please note when sending gifts that addresses must be accurate, particularly for recipients at large organisations. Don’t forget to include a daytime phone number and 'Delivery Address Instructions' at checkout on where to leave the goods if the recipient is out i.e. 'If out leave with neighbour'. If you don’t leave an instruction, the driver will leave a card to which the recipient will have to respond and it will result in a delay to your delivery.
Multiple address checkout is available and can be achieved by clicking on 'Deliver my order to several addresses' on the basket page. Please remember that if you select this option, the relevant delivery charges will be added per address. Our delivery charges are detailed below. (Please note you cannot pay by PayPal if you use the 'multiple address' checkout.)
Should you wish to speak to a Wine Adviser in person or require a large number of Corporate Gifts delivered to multiple addresses, you may like to read our Corporate Gifts Page.
Finally, if an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you to discuss an alternative. In the event that we cannot reach you, to ensure a timely delivery, we will substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value (at no additional cost), unless requested not to do so in your order’s delivery instructions.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders placed online by 2pm on Friday 19th December in time for Christmas but can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond Tanners control including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions and supplier & carrier difficulties.
