Moscatel Sherry

Although Moscatel is principally grown by the big companies to add into their commercial Pale Cream blends, it is a fine sweet wine in its own right. Looking like a PX but with a greenish hue, the intense grapey flavour rounds out very well in barrel, darkening with age and becoming quite syrupy with a mellow feel to it.
