Port & Sherry
Most likely to feature as a palate-whetting aperitif or a triumphant end to a dinner party – we think it’s vital not to overlook Sherries and Ports when stocking up the drinks cabinet. We would advise keeping a bottle of delectably dry Manzanilla chilled in the fridge and a bottle of Tawny port in the rack, which won’t need decanting so that you have all eventualities covered when you’re next entertaining.
