Prosecco

Having seen a huge surge in popularity in the last few years, Prosecco is the sparkling wine of the moment! It is made from the Glera grape variety, sourced from the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy. This light, dry, sparkling wine is perfectly suited to parties, summer evenings and/or serving as an apéritif. Prosecco is also the key ingredient for the classy Bellini cocktail: simply pour a measure of white peach purée into a flute glass and top up with wellchilled Prosecco to whet the appetite of your guests.
