Château Bernadotte, Haut-Médoc 2014
An old friend now cut loose from the shackles of Ch Pichon-Contesse and making a bit of a comeback on its own. We like the modern, black fruit character which is juicy, fresh and quite intense for Bernadotte. Cassis, smoky oak and a bit of tannic grip make this a good, fruity glassful.
