Château Malescot St. Exupéry

Château Malescot St. Exupéry

Sold in 1697 to Simon Malescot, King's Counsel to Louis XIV in Bordeaux. This château was sold by Malescot's heirs to Jean-Baptiste Saint-Exupéry, whose great-great-grandson was aviator and writer Antoine de St Eupéry who added his name to the château.

The estate passed through a number of different owners until it came into the hands of the Zuger family, from the Swiss canton of Zug, who still own and run it today with Jean-Luc the current incumbent.
