Château Rives-Blanques

Château Rives-Blanques

Domaine Rives Blanques is a thirty hectare estate situated between Carcassonne and Limoux in the Languedoc.

The vines grow at an altitude of 750 metres within sight of the snow-capped Pyrenees, after which the domaine takes its name. Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and the local Mauzac are the specialities; indeed Limoux is the only AOC Chenin in the South of France. Owners Jan and Caryl Panman are noted for their environmentally-friendly growing practices as well as the number of awards won by their wines.
