Château Sainte Eulalie

Château Sainte Eulalie

Isabelle Coustal bought Château Sainte Eulalie in February 1996. She has 40 hectares under vine - the vineyards have a high chalk, clay and manganese content and pebble topsoil.

Some are terraced and most have a south facing aspect. The vines vary in age from 11 to 90 years of age. In 2006 they built a very green geothermal energy system to control the temperature in the winery.
