Click & collect is FREE from your chosen Tanners Branch for all orders placed online (subject to availability and eligibility). Delivery to store takes up to five working days.
Collecting My Order
How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
Your chosen branch will send you an email when your order is ready and will follow up with a phone call.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
The below are acceptable forms of identification for collecting your order (please where possible bring more than one form of ID as this can speed up collection):
- Driver’s Licence or Passport
- The payment card used for the order
If you paid entirely with gift vouchers, a gift card or PayPal, please bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you as ID.
How long will you hold my order?
Once you have been contacted to let you know your order has arrived in branch your order will be held for 10 working days before being returned to Tanners stock and refunded to the account the good were paid for.
Which shop will my order go to?
When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a shop that’s convenient to you. The name of your chosen shop will appear in your email confirmation.
What time shall I collect my order?
When you receive an email from your chosen branch confirming your order is ready to collect. To view branch opening hours click here.
Where do I pick my order up in store?
Just head to the counter in the shop or ask a member of staff.
I've lost my order confirmation email or order number - what can I do?
Please first check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode when collecting the order.
To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.
I Haven't had an email or call to confirm my order has arrived - what should I do?
If you haven’t received a message that your order is ready for collection after five working days please contact us on 01743 234500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
I was unable to collect my Click & Collect order. What happens next?
We’ll hold your order in branch for 10 days, after which we’ll return it to our warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take five days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.
Why is Click and Collect not available for my item?
Occasionally items may not be available for Click & Collect. If that is the case then the option will not be available for your entire order.
Items available for Click & Collect will state so on their web page – just below the “add to basket” button.
Why is Click & Collect not available for my order?
In order to Click & Collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery and can’t be mixed. If you’d like to Click & Collect eligible items, please place a separate order for them.
