Another new vintage, another Kent fizz with serious pedigree and flavour from Gusbourne. Let's start with the intense honeysuckle and cherry blossom aromatics, which are enchanting enough, but the palate is full and satisfying with apple and pear crunch and nervy youthful bubbles. It's easy to see the coastal influence in Gusbourne's wines, they're pitch-perfect fresh but personally, we would cellar this for another five years to let the autlolysis balance out all that freshness. Made with 55% Pinot Noir, 27% Pinot Meunier and 18% Chardonnay. Yum.
