It doesn’t always have to be a bottle of champagne to keep mum suitably refreshed. Down in Marlborough, Pelorus is back on form. The sparkling Cloudy Bay wine from the northern tip of the South Island is crisp, delicate and packed with fresh apple flavour. A lovely aperitif.
