Irish Whiskey

The whiskeys of Ireland are softer and more honeyed in style than those of Scotland. Some, such as Bushmills from the North and Jameson from the South, are triple distilled to emphasise their smooth character. Others, such as the upstart Teelings, only distill twice like the Scots, giving a little more edge and complexity; blessed with good reserves of older whiskeys, their malts and blends alike are superb.
