Please note that payment is taken when you place your order, ticket(s) will be despatched to your selected delivery address within 2 working days by first class Royal Mail.
If you need to arrange a refund* at any time prior to us posting your ticket(s), please ring 01743 234455. Once we’ve posted the ticket(s), if you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know as soon as you can and wherever possible, we will attempt to resell your ticket(s) on your behalf.
*Please note that once we’ve despatched them, refunds can only be issued in the instance that we are able to resell your ticket(s).
Private Events - Terms & Conditions
- Minimum spend – there is a minimum charge of £300 for all tastings. We will happily cater for groups of less than 12 people providing the minimum spend is met.
- Wines and menus listed are for example purposes and may be subject to change. Bespoke menus and events are available on request and will be priced accordingly.
- Final numbers must be confirmed at least five working days prior to the event.
- Private events must be paid for in full at least five working days prior to the event.
Cancellation – any booking cancelled within four weeks of the event will be subject to a charge of the minimum spend. Bookings cancelled closer to the date may be required to cover the full invoice amount. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Please drink responsibly.
Tastings take place Monday to Saturday. Lunches from 12pm, evening events from 6/6.30pm. There is an additional charge for tastings on a Friday/Saturday.
