Red Sparkling

A very small amount of red wine is turned into fizz.

In the case of Australian Sparkling Shiraz, it is given a little sweetness to counteract the tannins in the wine, the effect of which would be heightened by the bubbles. These rich, chocolaty reds are great with smoky barbecue foods.
