This wine list is subject to stock remaining on hand and prices are subject to continual change and revision due to duty, foreign exchange and market fluctuations. All previous lists are hereby cancelled. The prices shown are VAT inclusive per bottle unless otherwise indicated. If an item is out of stock we will substitute a similar item of equivalent or higher value unless requested not to do so. Goods supplied remain Tanners property until payment has been received. Please check prices at time of order. Alcohol levels are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing, however they can vary according to each bottling, distillation or brewing.

Your call will be answered by a qualified wine adviser not a telesales operator! Please have either your customer reference or postcode to hand. Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours you can place an order on our website or leave an order on our voicemail.

Buying online is quick, easy and secure. All our list wines plus a wide selection of oddments are available to buy online and are accompanied by tasting notes and up-to-date background information.

You can place an order for delivery at any of our branches which are in Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Hereford, Llandudno Junction, Chester and Welshpool or see one of our Private House & Corporate Sales Advisers in our Shrewsbury offices.

By placing an order on the Tanners website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

e-Gift Cards are redeemable online or in branch.

Payment is due at time of order. You can pay by debit card, Visa, American Express and MasterCard or by cheque made payable toTanners Wines Ltd. If paying by cheque, please allow three working days for the cheque to clear. Payment is also welcomed by online banking to Tanners bank account number 02567732, sort code 30-97-62, but you must give your customer number and name as a reference. Payment via PayPal is accepted for online orders only. A credit account can be opened once the necessary credit references have been obtained. Payment is due by the twentieth day of the month following that in which the goods are supplied. We regret that interest will be charged at 2% per month on overdue accounts. By far the easiest way to settle your account is by Direct Debit; a form is attached to the account application for your use. Debit but not credit cards may be used to settle accounts.

You have a 14-working-day right of withdrawal from distance selling contracts. If you wish to cancel please notify us in writing or by email to sales@tanners-wines.co.uk. Please note that a charge may be made to cover the cost of collecting goods in the event of a cancelled order that has already been delivered.
