Medium bodied, with well-integrated tannins, its deceptively smooth with a long finish. A return to form for this underrated estate. 5-15 years.

The Chasseuil family own this property which is situated close to the centre of the Pomerol appellation. Until 1999 Château Feytit-Clinet was leased to J P Moueix but now Jeremy Chasseuil is in total charge and quality is high. The wines are made in the small winery at the back of the modest family property and the feeling is very much one of a farm than a grand château. 6.5 hectares are planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc and the resulting wine is fresh and restrained.
