En Chatenay is a north-facing slope in Vergisson and this is a very smart, precise example of Pouilly-Fuissé. A touch of smoke, citrus, and white flowers, there are mealy complexities and notes of patisserie over richer yellow fruits. Good density, some tension and nerve. Very smart. 3-10 years.
