Tanners Talks, An Evening with Professor Mary Beard

Mary Beard is a household name, Fellow and Professor of Classics at Newham College, Cambridge, Mary is renowned for her expertise in the ancient world. Being a revered classicist and author has seen Mary present many programmes over the years, as well as appearing on numerous discussion panels both on radio and television.

Mary’s extensive knowledge is delivered in her customary relatable and affable style, making her something of a national treasure. With this in mind, we are thrilled to welcome Mary to Tanners, Wyle Cop.
