Bulleit Distilling Company

In the 1830s Augustus Bulleit, a tavern keeper in Louisville, Kentucky set out to produce unique bourbon, after a period of experimenting he came up with Bulleit Bourbon. Tragedy struck when, whilst transporting barrels of his bourbon to New Orleans he disappeared never to be seen again. In 1987 his Great Great Grandson, Tom Bulleit, decided to revive his family’s bourbon legacy.
