Domaine Beauséjour

The fourth generation to run the family Domaine Beausejour, Philippe Trotignon sold the family domaine in June 2022 to brother Arnaud and Albéric Lechat.

Arnaud's back ground in in retail and Albéric spent 10 years in the army both were looking for a new challenge and wished to get back closer to nature. Little has changed at this 20 ha estate, 12 of which are planted with Sauvignon Blanc. The rest, although mostly planted with Gamay, include a small but growing area of Malbec which they blend 70:30 with the local Cabernet Franc to make the red version of the new Touraine Chenonceaux cru.
