Laurent Guillet has 11 hectares with vines of up to 90 years of age on superb, steeply sloping sites such as Grand Cras and Côte de Py. Unusually concentrated in style, his wines have a surprising depth and power to them that makes them far from run-of-the mill, and capable of aging well.
