Kumshatsky Cherny

According to Jancis Robinson et al (Wine Grapes 2016), this is an old, dark-skinned Russian variety that has a white counterpart called Kumshatsky Bely. It makes sweet sparkling reds in the Rostov region. Rarely encountered, probably just for the best!
