Maker's Mark - Burks Spring Distillery

From humble beginnings, Bill Samuel started making hooch to sell to friends. The first distillery was established by 1840. Production was interrupted by the American Civil War and again with prohibition. For six generations the recipe remained unchanged until 1951 when it became as it is today.
